IDEAL FOR: All Levels.
International thought leader and meditation teacher, George Kinder leads a three-part retreat focused on designing a life of freedom and how living into your authenticity positively impacts the world. The retreat begins Friday evening with a wide-ranging talk covering themes from his latest book, A Golden Civilization and the Map of Mindfulness, the Life Planning movement he founded, and their connection to the Buddha's Eightfold Path. On Saturday, experience a day of mindfulness practice as George leads meditation sessions and tai chi ending with a dharma talk in the evening. The retreat closes on Sunday with an interactive Golden Civilization Conversation. The visioning strategy challenges participants to go beyond the self or even the larger community, but consider the entirety of civilization and feel empowered to lead and develop the world they want to live in right now.
